Mechanika 2026 International Conference (Hybrid), Bialystok

The 30th International Conference Mechanika 2026 is organized by Kaunas University of Technology in cooperation with Bialystok University of Technology, the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, the IFToMM National Committee of Lithuania, and the Baltic Association of Mechanical Engineering (BAME), in collaboration with LIMACON 2026.

The conference brings together researchers, academics, and industry professionals to discuss the latest developments and future trends in mechanical engineering and mechatronics, with a focus on research, innovation, and collaboration across sectors.

Participants are invited to present scientific and technological research results, share best practices, and contribute to discussions on R&D, cooperation, and the quality of undergraduate and postgraduate education.

Registration opens after April 1 st.

Conference registration fee will be announced after March 1st.

The registration fee includes access to plenary session, oral sessions, poster presentations and paper publication in the conference proceedings.

Cancellations received before May 9, 2026 will receive a 75% refund. No refund will be granted for cancellations received from May 10, 2026.

Oral presentations

Time for oral presentations will be 15 minutes including a five minutes discussion.

Poster presentation

The presentations for the “Poster session” must be sent to mechanic@ktu.lt by 22 of May in PowerPoint format (numerous slides recommended as for oral 10 min presentation and there is no formal template).
