Conference is organized by Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, IFToMM National Committee of Lithuania and Baltic Association of Mechanical Engineering (BAME).
With COVID-19 (Coronavirus) now present in a number of countries, we have to be mindful that some of our very valued community may be facing difficulties travelling around the world. Therefore, we have taken the decision to cancel registration.
This year, the 25th International Conference “Mechanics-2020” will not take place.
We invite all researches to submit their research materials to international journal “Mechanika” (mechanika.ktu.lt).
Kaunas University of Technology in cooperation with Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, IFToMM National Committee of Lithuania and Baltic Association of Mechanical Engineering holds the annual International Conference “Mechanika”, the purpose of which is the discussion of a wide range of issues in the mechanical engineering and mechatronics.
Scientists and experts from enterprises and organizations, teachers, researchers, postgraduate students and students from higher education institutions are invited to take part in the 25th International Conference “Mechanika-2020“.
Both oral presentations and posters are welcome for the sessions. Accepted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and published in the Proceedings.
The conference materials will be submitted to ISI proceedings, EBSCO, INSPEC, SCOPUS data bases.
IMPORTANT
All submitted articles will be thoroughly evaluated by independent reviewers and the Editorial Board of the international journal Mechanika. If the submitted article, in its scientific level and specificity, meets the requirements of the ISI-indexed journal “Mechanika” (http://www.mechanika.ktu.lt), then it will be placed in it at no extra charge.
We look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. We are doing our the best to let you feel pleasant and friendly atmosphere before, during and after the Conference.

Oral presentations: time for oral presentations will be 20 minutes including a five minutes discussion. It is advised to prepare presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007-2016 formats.
Poster presentations: the posters should be printed in Stand A1 (594×841), Portrait orientation. We ask Authors to do short (approximately 5 min.) oral presentation about the idea of the work.
