Conference is organized by Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, IFToMM National Committee of Lithuania and Baltic Association of Mechanical Engineering (BAME).

Welcome to MECHANIKA-2025

On behalf of the Organizing Committee it is our great pleasure to announce that Kaunas University of Technology in cooperation with Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, IFToMM National Committee of Lithuania and Baltic Association of Mechanical Engineering cordially invite you to attend the 29th International Conference “Mechanika-2025”, the purpose of which is the discussion of a wide range of issues in the mechanical engineering and mechatronics. The 29th International Conference “Mechanika-2025” is scheduled for 23 May, 2025 (online).

We invite the representatives from the academia, research institutions, government and industry to present the latest scientific and technological research results as well as discuss current needs and future trends in R&D, addressing the issues of cooperation, the strategy and quality of undergraduate and postgraduate education in the field of mechanical engineering and mechatronics.

April 25th, 2025 – Deadline for Camera-Ready Papers Submission (A link will be sent by email once the abstract is accepted.)
May 9th, 2025 – Notification of Paper acceptance
After May 14th, 2025 – Late Registration (not valid for publication)
May 23st, 2025 – Conference

Publishing

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the proceedings of the 28th International Scientific Conference MECHANIKA 2024.

Conference registration fee – €50.

The registration fee includes access to plenary session, oral sessions, poster presentations and paper publication in the conference proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before May 9, 2025 will receive a 75% refund. No refund will be granted for cancellations received from May 10, 2025.

Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations

Time for oral presentations will be 15 minutes including a five minutes discussion.

Poster presentation

The presentations for the “Poster session” must be sent to mechanic@ktu.lt by 22 of May in PowerPoint format (numerous slides recommended as for oral 10 min presentation and there is no formal template).
