About Mechanics

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee it is our great pleasure to cordially invite you, together with accompanying persons, to attend the 23rd International Conference “Mechanika-2018” scheduled for 18 May, 2018 in Druskininkai, Lithuania.
We invite the representatives from the academia, research institutions, government and industry to present the latest scientific and technological research results as well as discuss current needs and future trends in R&D, addressing the issues of cooperation, the strategy and quality of undergraduate and postgraduate education in the field of mechanical engineering and mechatronics.
Both oral presentations and posters are welcome for the sessions. Accepted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and published in the Proceedings.
The conference materials are referred in ISI proceedings, EBSCO, INSPEC data bases.

We look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. We are doing our the best to let you feel pleasant and friendly atmosphere before, during and after the Conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before May 1, 2018 will receive a 75% refund. No refund will be granted for cancellations received from May 2, 2018.

Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations: time for oral presentations will be 20 minutes including a five minutes discussion. It is advised to prepare presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007-2016 formats.

Poster presentations: the posters should be printed in Stand A1 (594×841), Portrait orientation.
